What we do

Keep the website useful.

A launched website still needs care. Content changes, forms need checking and business requirements develop over time. INFOTS offers support and maintenance based on the website, technology and responsibilities agreed with your team.

We first review the current setup, access, outstanding issues and the way the website is used. That helps define a realistic plan for fixes, routine checks, updates and future improvements.

Support is organised through clear requests and priorities. We distinguish a fault in existing functionality from a new feature so you understand what is covered and what needs a separate estimate.

Considered from the start

Built to be useful.

We connect the customer experience with the controls your business needs behind it.

Bug investigation

Review reported issues, reproduce the problem where possible and apply fixes within the maintenance scope.

Content changes

Update agreed text, images, links and supported content areas when your team needs assistance.

Enquiry checks

Check key forms, notification settings and the contact journeys that matter to the business.

Backup planning

Agree who manages backups, what is retained and the steps needed for a recovery or hosting change.

Performance review

Review selected slow pages, image sizes and loading behaviour when performance work is included.

Access & upkeep

Review supported updates and account access responsibilities, with changes handled according to the agreed environment.

When you need more

Room for the next step.

The plan can include recurring care and larger improvements. Response times and covered hours are confirmed in writing.

03

Handle requests clearly

04

Plan improvements

Use recurring issues and business needs to identify useful next changes and maintenance priorities.

Before we begin

A little more clarity.

Useful answers about this service. For a specific requirement, speak directly with INFOTS.

Does maintenance include every new feature?

No. Maintenance covers the tasks listed in the plan. New modules, a redesign or significant new functionality are scoped separately before work begins.

Do you support a website built by another team?

We can review it first. Support depends on the technology, code quality, access and existing issues. The review establishes what we can maintain and any work needed before a plan starts.

Are hosting and domain renewals part of support?

Only when explicitly included. Renewal charges, third-party subscriptions and support fees are separate items unless your agreement states otherwise.
