What we do

Make buying and managing simpler.

A good online store needs more than a product grid. Customers should understand the offer, choose the right product and complete checkout with clear information. Your team needs a practical way to manage products and orders behind it.

INFOTS plans the catalogue, shopping journey and administration together. We review product types, variants, payment requirements, delivery rules and the information customers need before buying.

We develop the agreed storefront and operational tools, connect the approved services, and test the key browsing, checkout and order-management journeys before launch.

Considered from the start

Built to be useful.

We connect the customer experience with the controls your business needs behind it.

A manageable catalogue

Products, categories, descriptions, images and the product options included in the project scope.

Product discovery

Useful search, categories, filters and clear product pages help customers find and compare relevant items.

Clear checkout

A responsive basket and checkout journey with validation, shipping information and understandable order confirmation.

Payment integration

An approved payment provider connected to the checkout, with transaction handling and states tested within the agreed scope.

Order operations

Order records, status updates and delivery or fulfilment rules shaped around how your team works.

Mobile shopping

Product browsing, image viewing and key checkout actions designed for touch screens and smaller devices.

When you need more

Room for the next step.

More complex sales models can be added after their rules and operating costs are understood.

Before we begin

A little more clarity.

Useful answers about this service. For a specific requirement, speak directly with INFOTS.

Can you add a payment gateway?

Yes, where the provider supports your business and the integration is agreed. You own the merchant account. Approval, transaction fees and settlement terms are controlled by the payment provider.

Can I manage products and orders myself?

Yes. We define the catalogue and order controls you need and include those admin tools in the scope. Bulk import, stock sync and complex offer rules should be discussed before the build.

Is ecommerce included in a standard website plan?

A full shopping and checkout system needs a separate scope. Product volume, variants, payments, delivery and integrations determine the proposal.
