What we do

An app with a clear purpose.

An app is useful when it makes a regular task easier: booking a service, checking information, placing an order or managing field work. INFOTS helps define the workflow, screens and backend an app needs before committing to a large feature list.

We map the customer and staff journeys, identify permissions and decide which information must be available on each screen. The project may be a mobile web app, a progressive web app or an Android/iOS app, depending on the business requirement and agreed technology.

Design, backend, administration and testing are planned together. Store accounts, submission requirements, third-party services and ongoing support are discussed during scoping so you understand the complete launch plan.

Considered from the start

Built to be useful.

We connect the customer experience with the controls your business needs behind it.

Mobile-first journeys

Focused screens with clear navigation, readable content, useful loading states and actions designed for touch.

Accounts & access

Sign-in, profile management and role-based screens where the agreed product needs different types of users.

Business workflows

Booking, requests, orders, tasks or customer records organised around the process your app supports.

An administration console

Manage the app's content, relevant customer requests and operational settings from the backend included in your scope.

Useful notifications

Email, in-app or device notifications can be scoped for events that matter, with preferences and delivery requirements considered.

Device & flow testing

We check the agreed screens, network/error states and key user journeys on the target devices and platforms.

When you need more

Room for the next step.

The right additions depend on the app's users, devices and operating model. We assess these during discovery.

How we work

Clear steps. Reviewable progress.

You know what is being built, where your input is needed and what comes next.

01

Define the first release

Identify the core task, user roles, platforms and must-have features. Separate launch requirements from later improvements.

02

Prototype the experience

Review the main screens and journeys before development, including empty, loading, permission and error states.

03

Build the connected product

Develop the interface, backend, administration and agreed integrations as one product with clear review milestones.

04

Prepare the release

Test the target platforms, document account ownership and support, then plan deployment or store submission as agreed.

Your project handover

Ready to use.
Ready to manage.

The final deliverables, responsibilities and support period are listed in your proposal.

  • Agreed app screens and user journeys
  • Backend and admin functions in scope
  • User permissions and validation
  • Configured integrations and notification events
  • Target-platform testing and release checks
  • Deployment/store support and handover as agreed

Before we begin

A little more clarity.

Useful answers about this service. For a specific requirement, speak directly with INFOTS.

Do I need an app or a mobile website?

We start with the task and frequency of use. A responsive website or progressive web app may be appropriate for some businesses. Device features, offline requirements and store distribution can make a dedicated app more suitable.

Will one app work on Android and iPhone?

That depends on the agreed implementation. We confirm the target platforms, supported devices and technology during discovery, then quote the work and testing for those platforms.

Are third-party API and store fees included?

Only costs explicitly included in the proposal are covered. Store accounts, payment fees, SMS, maps, hosting and other third-party usage may carry separate charges.
