Keep the reference
After a successful project submission, the website saves the enquiry and shows a reference. Keep that reference when contacting INFOTS.
Check Inbox and Spam
The website attempts a confirmation from info@infots.in. It includes your enquiry details and explains that INFOTS will contact you as soon as possible. Inbox placement depends on the receiving email service.
If email could not be sent
The enquiry remains saved when the success screen reports an email-delivery issue. You can contact INFOTS with the reference rather than submitting the same requirement repeatedly.
Website-owner checks
An administrator can use Company settings → Test notification email and review recent delivery results. The sending mailbox must be active and correctly configured on the server.
